At the extraordinary panel for HR Autism ERP, the students under discussion MUST meet the criteria (EHCP and a primary need of Autism along with evidence of a cognitive ability generally in line with their peers (see checklist for notes)) and should have had all the compulsory information sent through. They will be discussed on a case by case basis with the decision made by the whole panel after hearing all the cases.
