Young Carers at Haxby Road

On 12/12/17 the Young Carers of Haxby Road Academy had a fun trip to Tenpin Bowling at Clifton Moor. They were able to have a couple games and snacks with their friends from each year group at school. There was lots of laughter and big competition as the staff got to join in as well!

The children were also presented with Christmas gifts. The trip and gifts were donated by a private interest and we can’t thank them enough for the joy they created for the children.

We also had a birthday boy with us so we had to eat cake which our BOBBY couldn’t wait to get tucked into!
