A message from the Headteacher…

Firstly I would just like to say thank you to the friends of Haxby Road for organising the key stage 2 Laserquest. The children absolutely loved the experience. I would also like to
say thank you to Mrs Sadullah for putting on an incredible Key Stage 1 Spanish Song Show. The children absolutely love learning Spanish and it was a pleasure to watch them sing
with such enthusiasm and passion. Last week, the year 3 and 4 children went to Evlington Air Museum. They came back with a wealth of information. Please see our school Facebook

Staff News

Time to say goodbye…
At the end of term we will be saying goodbye to three of ourteachers. Mr Wilson will be going to work at Poppleton Road Primary School and Miss Flinton will be heading on some exciting
adventures! Mr Heath will be staying in Ebor but working in the Selby Hub. We would like to thank them both for all their hard work. They have been asset to the school and we wish them all
the best for the future.

Time to welcome…
In September, we will be saying hello to Mrs Gilmour as our new reception teacher and Mrs Hannington will be leading our Nursery. We are also welcoming our new music teacher Mrs
McCartney. We welcome them all in these new roles.

Time to congratulate….
We would like to say a huge congratulation to Mrs Tasker who is expecting her second baby at the end of November. We are thrilled for her and her family.
