A message from the Co-Heads of School…

We hope everyone has had a lovely Easter and have enjoyed spending quality family time, eating tasty treats and celebrating Easter.

Over the last two weeks, children in school and at home have been enjoying Easter time activities set through their Google classroom.

As well as completing Easter activities, the children have continued to focus their learning around the whole school theme of ‘a letter of the week’ – the key letters for last week and this week have been ‘C’ and ‘D.’

Mrs Eddon, who led the school team last week shared, ‘The children are coping so well with the hand washing and social distancing and have managed to keep us smiling all week. They have done many lovely things like making cat masks, chocolate tasting, caterpillar fruit kebabs, clay handprints and cricket. Mrs Eddon, Mr Robinson, Mrs Huggins and Miss Swan are so proud of you all!

Mrs McQuade, has been in school this week and said, ‘It has been a fabulous week in school, we’ve been learning about dragons and dinosaurs and have been painting magic doors and making daffodils. Today we enjoyed an Easter egg hunt in the sunshine!’
